Not to the extent of the BotW duo, but people forget that prior to the 2010s, ~7 million was still an enormous number, especially for non-pack-in exclusives. The video also conveniently ignores that Skyward Sword sold a million units less than Wind Waker, so that even if Twilight Princess saved the series it'd have needed saving again at that point.
