I don't think Ocelotl is broken at all in fact I think he is fair. I've been dogged on as much as I've dogged on others. His moves are easily read unless you properly mix up and he's only super duper dangerous in ganks if your tunneling one person. His feats are cracked but not game breaking making you sacrifice hp for quick revive or time for hp.
