I absolutely love the New Frasier. It’s great seeing Kelsey Grammer back on screen and in his element. He brings back the humor and charm that made me love the original show. His chemistry with the actor that plays Freddie is excellent. I genuinely liked all the supporting characters and actors that played them. She was tough, cultured, witty but also a bit kooky. Obviously the show is hilarious, but the constant questioning of Frasier's relevance as a human being makes it much more than just a comedy. Regarding the creators' intent, I can not decide.The transition from Cheers to Frasier is a bit iffy, Frasier makes it seem that he's well-established in his radio career when it starts, despite Frasier debuting 6 month after cheers but I'm fine with television magic and maybe the show actually takes place years after Cheers instead of months.
